DEPARTMENT CHARTER

We recognize that Pejabat Daerah dan Tanah Alor Gajah (PDTAG) plays an important role in the business district and land administration in Alor Gajah. Therefore, we, the citizens of PDTAG promise to deliver quality services to customers based on the following points:

1. Ensure the payment of bills and claims are resolved within 14 days.
2. Ensuring Customer Complaints resolved in less than 15 days.
3. Ensure Land Acquisition under Section 3 (1) (a), 3 (1) (b) and 3 (1) (c) will be completed within eight (8) months.
4. Ensure the Government Land Application either by individuals, government agencies or private completed within three (3) months.
5. Ensure Land Tax collected at least 80% of the annual target.
6. Ensure that all rock material Production Application will be completed within one (1) month from the date of application.
7. Ensure that the Transfer of Land Application completed within one (1) hour for the land-owned.
8. Ensuring verification of Housing Aid Program (PBR) and the People's Housing Program (PPRT) completed within a period that are not exceeding 30 days.
9. Ensure probe application development projects are carried out within three (3) days from the date of application.

CUSTOMER CHARTER UNIT

We as the staff of Management Services promises to provide quality service to the customers based on the following points:

1.

Ensure the payment of bills and claims are resolved within 14 days.

2.

Ensuring customer complaints resolved in less than 15 days.

3.

Ensure that pension status is sent to the BPSM, DSWM within 7 days after completed 3 years of service.

4.

Ensure the updating of leave records via online is at the level of 100%.

5.

Ensure the goods store can be provided within 5 days.

6.

Ensure that Liquor license renewal process is completed before December 31 of each year.

7.

Ensure that each officer in grade 17 and above has the computer equipment
